Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to be completely confident when purchasing from MOOZAN.

If you purchase a product online as a consumer, you may have a legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason. After notifying us, you normally have a further 14 days to return the goods.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights.

Change-of-Mind Returns

If you wish to cancel your purchase, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

You may then return the product within the applicable return period.

Products should be returned in a condition that allows us to assess them as we would in a shop.

You may handle and inspect the product as reasonably necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functionality. However, you may be responsible for any loss in value resulting from handling beyond what is reasonably necessary.

Returning a Product

Before returning an item, please contact:

[support@moozan.co.uk]

Please provide:

  • Your name
  • Order number
  • Product purchased
  • Reason for return, if you wish to provide one

We will provide you with the appropriate return instructions.

Return Costs

For a change-of-mind return, [CUSTOMER / MOOZAN] is responsible for the return delivery costs.

Where a product is faulty, damaged or not as described, we will deal with the issue in accordance with your statutory consumer rights.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned product, we will assess it and process your refund where applicable.

Where the statutory cancellation right applies, refunds will normally be made within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or, where applicable, receiving evidence that the goods have been returned.

Refunds will normally be made using the original payment method.

Where required by law, the refund will include the cost of standard delivery. If you selected a more expensive delivery option, we are generally only required to refund the cost of the standard delivery option.

Faulty Products

If your product develops a fault or does not meet your legal rights, please contact us.

Depending on the circumstances, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, refund or another appropriate remedy under UK consumer law.

Products sold to consumers must meet statutory requirements including being as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose.

Damaged Products

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible with photographs of the product and packaging.

We will investigate the issue and provide an appropriate solution.

Statutory Rights

Nothing in this policy limits or excludes any rights you have under UK consumer law.
